Today I am sharing a really fun idea. I made these four cards for my amazing team members. Initially, I planned to make four of the same card layout. But then I thought it would be fun to mix it up. Using all the same paper pieces I created four totally different-looking cards.
I have shared the measurements for the cards below.
SIMPLE HANDMADE CARD LAYOUTS
For the decorative stripe piece of this card, I used the Layered Stripes background stamp and cut it into pieces. This stamp is on sale for $15.20 and is still available in the online store, HERE.
All of these cards use the same size pieces. I’ve simply changed up the orientation and the placement.

Here are the measurements for these cards, I’ve listed them in the order of the layers:
+ 4-1/4″ x 11″ Basic White Thick Cardstock card base (or 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″)
+ 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ Basic Black Cardstock
+ 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ Basic White Thick Cardstock
+ 2-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ Coastal Cabana Cardstock and 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ Basic White with background stamping
+ 2-1/2″ x 3″ Basic Black Cardstock
+ 2-3/8″ x 2-7/8″ Basic White Thick Cardstock
+ 2-1/4″ x 2-3/4″ Coastal Cabana Cardstock

I thought this card was really fun and unique. Staggering the layers was really fun and gave this card a totally different look.
I have never staggered cardstock like this on a card before. Who knew it would be such a fun look.
