I have so enjoyed the Stampin’ Blends series. Today is our last post for the series, however I have a lot of coloring videos coming up and I plan on continuing sharing coloring tips.
Learn some advanced blending techniques in today’s video and make your own swatches and color combos.
The blend isn’t perfect, and frankly looks better on smaller areas but I used the Modern Heart stamp set to demonstrator the coloring process.
Stampin’ Blends are an affordable option if you’re looking to learn how to use alcohol markers. Once a marker runs dry you simply replace it.
Each marker is $4.50 and you can purchase them individually or in a light and dark combo pack for $9.00.
Stampin’ UP! seems to continue to add colors to the Stampin’ Blends family.
My hope is that we will eventually have blends in all colors and sold with the color families.
Great color blend combinations lightest to darkest in shade:
+ 1 Light, Dark Daffodil Delight with Light Pumpkin Pie
+ 2 Light, Dark Highland Heather with Dark Rich Razzleberry
+ 3 Light, Dark Petal Pink with Light Flirty Flamingo add Dark Flirty Flamingo for even better shading
+ 4 Light, Dark Daffodil Delight, Light Pumpkin Pie, Light, Dark Poppy Parade

Thanks so much for your video’s. I have learned something from each one. I especially like the blending techniques. I have never liked coloring but since we have the alcohol markers I seem to color more and more. Thanks so much for sharing..
