Awesome Sponging & Embossing Technique

Sponging and embossing create a fantastic card and with very little product or effort.  That’s why I love the sponging technique so much.

In this card I used some Stampin’ UP! inks that are no longer available (sorry).  I used Taken with Teal, Green Galore and Regal Rose.  You may be able to find them on eBay OR if I come across some extras I will add them to my Retired Product Store.

I used these colors because I needed some that are really bright.  You could use Bermuda Bay, Cucumber Crush and Melon Mambo for a combo in place of what I used. I also used the Age Awareness stamp set from Stampin’ UP! to create the bold white sentiment.

Age Awareness stamp set paired with the Celebrate Today set makes for a fun, bright and bold birthday card.
