Earlier this week a horrible tragedy happened in northern California.

Officer Mike Ericsson with the California Highway Patrol was ran over by a man in a truck multiple times.  I can’t even comprehend the horrifying incident.  (Read the original story HERE)

All I could think of is “What can I do?”  AND.. You know the answer.  SEND CARDS.

Cards are a sure fire way to bring some love, joy and encouragement to anyone.

Officer Mike is hanging in there.  Sources say he has a very long road ahead of him.  Please keep him and his family in your prayers.

In fact, I would say, take a moment to pray over the card you send him.

Please join me in an effort of flooding him and his family with our little works of art full of joy and love.

    Thank you so much for doing this. This touches my heart. My dad was a police officer and was killed in the line of duty after being hit by a truck while in pursuit on his motorcycle. I will definitely be sending cards his way and will share with my fellow team. Thank you so much.

    Thank you Wendy for putting this out to all in the crafting community. I sent a card out this morning, and have forwarded this card drive information onto other folks here in Tecumseh, Ks. Since I learned of what happened to Officer Mike , he and is family and all CHP personal have been forefront in our hearts and prayers. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness!!!!
