Color Splash Three is here! I am so excited for this weeks color combination.
I’m a sucker for lots of white space. In fact to be honest, it is my favorite way to make cards. Then add in splashes of color that just pop so beautifully.

My first card for Color Splash Three is a fun shaker card.
This card was a bit time consuming but it was totally worth it. I used the small die from the stitched triangle dies that cuts several little triangles at once.
TIP: I cut each color 3-4 times out of the die in order to have enough bits for each block of the card.

The second card I made was really simple. I just cut several of the same size triangle in the Color Splash Three colors and then placed them in a pattern.
TIP: Use a ruler to line up all the triangles as you go.

As you can see below, I chose to glue some of the triangles flat and popped some up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
This gives the card some depth and texture without changing up the elements of the card.

I can’t wait to see what you create. Please make sure to post your creation on social media and tag me in it and use #colorsplashthree

Interesting color combo-will see what I can come up with. Is the triangle dies from the new set in catalog?

I love these cards, especially the shaker one! My triangles are in the mail. I would to know how to make the shaker card.
