When I saw Stampin UP So Much Love stamp set I fell in love with the design of the flowers. I knew immediately they would be very fun to color and would create beautiful cards.
Lately I have embraced the fact that I am clean and simple stamper and I adore lots of white space.
Mainly I think a lot of white space on a card feels more elegant and intentional. I like a focused subject. That being said when I see others make incredible cards with tons of layer and all the fancy stuff, I am in complete awe!
Sometimes embracing who we are as creators can be hard. We tend to compare our work to others. I’ve come to realize that my work is perfect for ME and it’s completely ok if it doesn’t appeal to someone else.
The colors I used today are inspired by Color Splash Eight. I did have to substitute Old Olive for the Pear Pizzazz because there are no Pear Pizzazz Stampin’ Blends (ahem, Stampin UP! can we just get all the colors).
