When I attended Stampin’ UP!’s OnStage event earlier this month we received some freebies. YAY! I love freebies.
Those of us that attended CenterStage (leadership event) got the beautiful Flying Home stamp set. GAH! You guys…. I LOVE This stamp set. I was so super excited to get my hands on it. I immediately knew I wanted to use colored pencils on crumb cake card stock to color the images.
I decided I would show it off today by making some beautiful cards that I can use for all kinds of occasions. That’s the best part of this set, you can use it for all kinds of stuff.
You can’t purchase this stamp set yet, if you are a demonstrator you can buy it on December 1st, if you are a customer you can buy it January 3rd. If you want to get in on the pre order period just buy the starter kit on Dec 1st, and you can add any pre order products to the starter kit. The item number and info for this stamp set will be listed below.
I put together a video fro you so you could see how I did the coloring on the nesting birds. I had the best time coloring these. I may have been binge watching season 6 of Longmire, whilst coloring. BTW, if you get a chance to watch that show on Netflix, you should.
I also made some envelopes to go along with the cards. I posted the photos of those on Instagram and Facebook.
