Over the weekend I created some fun tags to go on goody bags for my cousin in law, Brittany. Brittany is expecting baby number three, Amelia. Cute name right? I wonder if she’ll be a pilot.
Brittany came to me a month or so ago with a great idea. She said “When I have Amelia I want to be able to give the nurses and doctors a little treat.”
Isn’t that a great idea? I suggested she should give them out when she gets there so that she gets really good treatment the whole time. Ha ha!
This is what my desk looked like as I was working on the bags. It was quite a mess. But these goodness gift bag tags were so much fun to make.
The petite cafe bags from Stampin’ UP! are the perfect bag for candy and goodies. The tag base is cut at 3″ x 6″ to fit perfectly on the front. I didn’t adhere the tag to the front of the bag, I just stapled it to the top outside flap of the bag using Stampin’ UP!’s mini stapler and then folded over the closure. Simple. You can purchase 10 of these bags for $6.00 in my online store.
I created a video to show you how simple this tag comes together. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions. The supply list for the goodies I used on this project are listed below the video.
