Spring and Summer are my two favorite seasons by far. The colors I used to create this card make me feel happy, and springy, and like I am walking in sunshine. I love them.
Creating an Easter card is always a bit of a stretch for me because frankly, I don’t really give Easter cards.
And. If I do give an Easter card I like it to be about the real reason for Easter. Jesus.
However, with that said I though this happy bunny was so cute and he made me think that he was rejoicing for Easter. Bunnies rejoice for the resurrection of Jesus, right? I mean they must. Why wouldn’t they.
Here is my work station looking bright and fun and colorful. I was a busy bee working away on this creation for you.
The washi sheet eggs are so adorable. I had a ton of fun cutting them on the Silhouette and it was SO EASY. I use to have a lot of trouble cutting anything on the Cricut except card stock. It’s a welcome change to have such ease using the Silhouette.
I created a video for you so you could see how I cut the washi sheet eggs and how I colored the card. Hope you enjoy.

Hi Wendy, not sure if its me or the video but I wasn’t able to view it. I got a message: “This video is private”. Any idea??

I fixed it. I have been having problems with You Tube changing my settings after I have saved them.
Thank you 🙂 Sorry about that.

Love that cute bunny! I send Easter cards to the little ones with cute bunnies and chicks but make religious ones for the adults. Have cut way back on the amount of cards I send out though. Now it is mainly friends and group members that get them. Everyone seems to enjoy getting them .
