My team is amazing.
My team consist of people that chose me to sign up with as a Stampin’ UP! demonstrator.
They are truly like family. We have a great facebook group that we hang out on and we’ve come to know each other really well. I feel like they are an extension of my own family.
We share card ideas, hopes, dreams, struggles, and everything else in between. It’s a great place to laugh and share and find kindred spirits.
Each month we have an online hang out so that everyone can be included.
I have a lot of team members that are hobby demonstrators. They order their own supplies at a 20% discount and are still part of our team like everyone else.
Then there’s the business builders on my team. The ones that are in this to help their family financially, or to have a source of income that will help fulfill a dream or a goal they might have.
Each month I make cards for my Top 10 in sales. I feel that they deserve a special recognition for their efforts.
When’s the last time anyone recognized your hard work? It always feels good to know someone notices your efforts.
