Hey there!
I created these super fun haunted houses using the new Home Sweet Home framelit set from Stampin’ UP!’s Holiday Catalog.
I love any framelit set that makes a box or a goodie. I am an equal opportunity paper crafter. I don’t just do cards. HA HA!
I have some tips for you on how to use this set. There are a few tricks I learned while I was creating the houses.
Before I forget I want to mention.
Stampin’ UP! has some great special offers happening. Framelits and punches that are 25% off. These particular specials are only good until September 14th. You can click here to view them and place your order

I go over the tips in my video but I thought I would type them all out for you here also:
- DO NOT use the precision plate when you cut the house out. It will cut through the score lines on the corners of the house, making it impossible to put together.
- Use a sharpie marker to mark the hinged side of the framelit on your doors. This will save you from cutting your door opening backwards. Ask me how I discovered that!?
- Use post it note paper or tape to hold your tiny framelit pieces still while you cut them out of your house.
- When you cut the shingles for the roof, alternate them when laying them down.
Below the video you will find all the supplies I used to create these cute boxes. You can click on the images to purchase them in my online store.

Thank you for the great tips.
