I grew up with chickens and roosters.
Well sort of. The roosters didn’t last long. Story time about the roosters in my life in my video!
The ink blending on this card is probably one of my favorites I’ve done in a long time.
The color combination is an important element in getting a great sunset or sunrise scene.
Here is the video. I hope you enjoy the story. It’s kind of funny. Unless you love roosters in which case, this story ends tragically. HAHA!

Hi Wendy! I enjoyed watching your Home to Roost sunset card. I also loved your chicken and rooster stories! Your sunset was beautiful. I’m wondering about the dauber you used. Is it a Stampin’ Up product? It looked very easy to use. Often when I use the sponges, I will get “hard” edges that I don’t like. Thanks for all of the great ideas!
