It seems as though balloons are the theme of the week for me. I try to participate in Global Design Project challenge every week. This week the theme is BALLOONS.
I am thrilled for this theme because the 2016 Stampin’ UP! Occasions catalog is full of balloon fun.
I used the Balloon Celebration stamp set to create my card. I also used the little doggie from the Hey, Girl stamp set. He is perfect for this card because he is looking up, like he’s sad to see his balloons floating away.
I have to say I learned this technique from Jennifer McGuire. I just love her videos.
