Window cards are so simple and they give such an element of WOW to your cards.
Our Stampin’ UP! team, the Luvly Stampers, does a card swap with each catalog. This will be my card swap.
A card swap is fun, you make multiples of one card and then you get together with however many signed up for the swap and you swap cards. Since everyone on our team is long distance we do this swap through the mail.
Everyone mails me their cards and I swap them out and mail them back. It’s lots of fun and you end up with some really fun ideas.
Here is a video for you to check out how I created this card.

Hi Wendy! I bought myself a MISTI stamp tool awhile back and I’m very happy to tell you that I have found more and more uses for it! I was slow to start really using it just like you were, but I challenged myself to find ways to use it on the everyday cards that I was working on that weren’t being sent to anyone in particular, so I figured that they were fair game. I was happily surprised to learn a few tricks from watching YouTube videos featuring the MISTI and that was just the push that I needed. I stamped all of my butterflies that I needed for my swap cards and they turned out gorgeous!! Plus, my sentiments were a breeze using my MISTI too! Making my stack of swap cards the quickest batch that I had ever finished! I had fun too! So, my advice is to plug the word MISTI into the search bar on YouTube and watch some super talented gals show us great ways to use it! Good luck!
