I love the way a vellum envelope looks. It just adds a certain flair to the finished card.
There are a few tricks to vellum envelopes. I go over them in the video but I will mention them here as well:
- Using bone folder to burnish the edges of the envelope can cause the vellum to get stress lines.
- Use tear and tape adhesive to minimize the amount of adhesive showing in the envelope.
- Use only permanent inks to address the envelopes.
