How to Layer Heat Emboss On Cards featuring Watercolor Wings

layered heat embossing watercolor wings Stampin' UP

I used this awesome layered heat embossing technique to create a anniversary card for my grandparents.  I paired this technique with Watercolor Wings from Stampin’ UP! and I knew I couldn’t go wrong.

Gramma and Grampa have been married 67 years today.  I can’t believe it.

67 years.  Holy Cow!

Gramps is 91 and Gramma is 86 and they are still getting around pretty good.  Gramma has advancing Alzheimers and she has good days and bad days.

Gramps cares for her on a regular basis and she’s never left alone.  There’s always one of us around to make sure she stays safe.

Today we are celebrating their anniversary by going out to dinner and then to fireworks. (I don’t think they will make it to the fireworks) Gramma gets tired really easy nowadays.

You can meet them both by clicking on this blog post that I did a while back.

I made them a beautiful card.  Not to brag (as Macie would say) but it really does rock LOL

Big thanks to Jennifer McGuire for the inspiration.

You can watch the video here to learn how to do this awesome technique.  Make sure you check out the supply list below and click on any of the images you see to order them in my online store.
