FLAT TOP BOX CARD
These fun fold cards are incredible! I don’t know who came up with the original idea, but I found this concept on Vy Tran’s blog.
For my first card and the card I share on YouTube today I used the Sweet Candy Canes Bundle and the Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper.
For the belly band to wrap the card I used the beautiful White 3/8″ Organdy Glitter Ribbon and it was the perfect finishing touch for this card.
The other card I created is using the Lighthouse Point Bundle from Stampin’ UP!’s annual catalog. I really love how this card turned out and thought it would be a fabulous congratulations/graduation type card.
I chose to keep the inside of these cards as an open box with no pop ups. These cards are perfect for gift card giving.
Write a note to go on the side and add a gift card it will be a fabulous gift.
Here is a little diagram of the cutting and scoring you will need to do. However, I have a project sheet linked at the top of this post and it includes this diagram.
