Create a cute halloween card using the Cookie Cutter Halloween stamp set from the new 2016 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog Created by: Wendy Cranford www.luivinstampin.com

I am so excited you are here.  I am even MORE excited to show you my card.

One of my favorite stamp sets in the new 2016 Stampin’ UP Holiday Catalog is the Cookie Cutter Halloween set.  I LOVE IT.

I am not a huge halloween fan, but this set is perfect because it’s silly and cartoony so it doesn’t creep me out.

I used a fun masking technique on my card to create the scene you see.  I wanted it to seem as though little monsters were coming out of the wood work.

I drew the sign and stamped a sentiment in it from the Suite Seasons stamp set.

Hope you enjoy my card.  It was so fun to color with my copics and I am thrilled to bring it to you.

You can order these stamp sets beginning Sept 1st!

Wendy yes I would like you to list the colors of the copic markers you used. I still do not own a copic marker, but I’m sure it will not be long before I own a couple of color sets. It’s just they are so expensive…..
your cards are always amazing… Thank you for inspiring me……

Hi Luz, I will try and start doing that. Thanks for the feedback. Yes think long and hard about your investment to copics. If you don’t think you will take the time to learn to use them properly it will end up a waste of your investment.

BOO to you Wendy. Your Card is just brilliant and fun too. From the Bat perched on the Mummy’s head to the way you have coloured the grass. The colours you have used are so bold , they look amazing. I especially love the Vampires shiny head, if only vampires were like this one in the Movies , I certainly would not have nightmares. Your hand drawn wooden sign post is awesome. I am not a Halloween follower, but this is too cute not to stop by and have a look at all the wonderful work you have put into one card.

      Hi Christine
Thank you for all your kind comments. I am not a huge fan of Halloween either. However these little monsters are so cute, they really reminded me of cartoons.
