Make a Center Slide Pop Up Card with Me

Today we are creating a center slide pop up card. Does it sound like a lot? Yes? Well that’s cuz it is. I’ll be honest this one took extra brain power and thought. I got a little inspiration and help from Michelle Last. But this card definitely takes some time.

For the first example I used the Share A Milkshake Bundle from Stampin’ UP! this bundle is so adorable and I know I’ll be using it a lot for cards in the coming months.

The pattern paper I used for this card is gorgeous and it’s available as a host gift when you place an order of $150 or more. The Flowers and More Designer Series Paper will only be available through April.

As you can see this card is so cute when the center piece is pulled up. Anyone that receives this card will love it so much.

The other example I have for you is featuring the On The Ocean Bundle. This normally would not be a stamp set I would gravitate towards. However. I am a HUGE Pirates of the Caribbean fan and I immediately thought of the Black Pearl when I saw this stamp set.

I ink blended the background in Night of Navy, Pacific Point and Balmy Blue. After I finished ink blending I splashed a little water on the background. This lifts a little of the color and gives the background some texture.
