Global Design Project is such a fun place to get inspiration and ideas.

This week the challenge is to CASE (copy and share everything) the designer.  The designer for this week is Michelle Last.  She’s so talented and amazing.  Here is Michelle’s card.

GDP024

While I didn’t do a shaker piece, I did try to keep the idea the same by placing my sentiment in the same area as the butterfly on her card.

I love how my card turned out.  I used 5 stampin’ write markers, colored them over the embossing and then spritzed with water.  It was such a simple process.

Wendy, I love your water colour piece and enjoyed watching you make it. It is a great take on Michelle’s card, as you really thought about the placement of that piece. It’s not about copying, but about interpretation, as you mentioned, and you hit the nail on the head! Thanks for playing with us this week at Global Design Project.
