Every month I make cards for my top 10 team members in sales. I appreciate every single person on my team. I feel it’s important that I acknowledge those that work really hard to get sales and this is one of the ways I do this.
About three times a year I like to send a card to everyone on my team to acknowledge how much I appreciate all of them.
