Must-Try Card Making Techniques

Today I am sharing some must-try card making techniques that will take your cards to the next level. In the video, you’ll see we try several techniques. I hope you try some as well. Thank you to Crafty Meraki for your gift of products to feature in today’s video.

The first and second card I created with the Under The Mistletoe Hot Foil Plate and the gorgeous Christmas Flower Para-Die. This flower was colored using Copic Markers and the background was hot foiled.

In this example I ink blended the flower with Lumberjack Plaid and Festive Berries and the leaves are ink blended with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. The background was created with the same hot foil plate but instead I used it in the BetterPress system. FYI – It is NOT recommended to use your hot foil plates in the BetterPress system. I rebelled.

This beautiful Stella Wreath image was pressed into BetterPress Cotton paper using Altenew Obsidian Black Ink.

I colored the image with Copic Markers.
