My New Craft Studio Revealed & Tips For Crafty Organization

Craft studio beginnings

Building this craft studio has been a dream of mine for a decade! YES, an entire decade.

This craft studio is not a “she-shed”. It is a working studio. Which makes me have all the feels. Grateful, excited, humbled and so much more.

Adding more organization and opportunities for storage

Organizing gives me so much joy. So spending time in this space getting it just the way I want it is something that I will spend hours doing and get hours of joy out of.

Messy ribbon drawer

I’ve already made a lot of progress. For example the ribbon drawer that was kind of a mess and thrown together. Now my ribbon is out on display in these awesome ribbon storage pieces from Stamp N Storage. (links below)

Can we talk about paper for a minute? Cardstocks and papers are the lifeblood of a card maker. I absolutely love my paper and I wanted it to have a perfect place to sit. Nice and close to my work station and laying flat so it will maintain it’s shape.

These paper storage towers are from Stamp N Storage. I have to share that my Father In Law made me similar storage and I used it for years and will continue to use it for back up storage. He did a great job. I just wanted all my paper storage to be uniform.

Hey Wendy I love what you have going. Just curious, what are the dimensions of the room? I’m looking at having a craft room that is more long and narrow like yours and I thought it would be great to have a reference. Thanks for sharing!!
