I am so excited to share these cards!  My new guest designer is my sis in law, Kelly.  Kelly is super creative and so good with color and print.  She says she’s not, but she is.  She always looks like she’s stepped out of a magazine with the outfits she wears.  Of course she’s beautiful, and then adds her sense of style to that and let’s just say, I wish I had her natural ability to put things together.  Her first card (above) we used the new Stampin’ UP set Giggle Greetings.  I love this set!

Kelly has stamped maybe twice ever, at my classes, and she does not know any stamping techniques.  So she put together the colors and cuts and patterns, and I added a few inking and distressing techniques.  I am hoping she will be doing this once a month.
Here is her next card using Venetian Romance Designer Series paper which we both agree should be wall paper in a convalescent facility, oh too harsh, sorry that’s how we feel people.  LOL.. But we used it anyway.  THE STAMP SET however is adorable.  This is the new Stampin’ UP Timeless Talk set

Last I stamped these flowers from the new Flower Shop Stamp set.  I added the buttons, we both agreed it needed something more.  Kelly came up with the idea to add the linen thread like stems and then tie the bows to make them look like leaves.  I just love how she did this.

Here’s Kelly!  Told you, gorgeous, right!?  And talented.  Below are some cookies she made for me for my last big Stampin’ UP get together!

The cookies are beautiful and look so yummy. The cards look like they were made by a long-time crafter. Kelly seems to be a natural baker and stamper!
