Welcome to the first ever Ultimate Pink Blog Hop – a collection of ideas from Stampin’ UP! demonstrators all over the globe featuring shades of pink in honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I created this card and goody with my cousin Sharon in mind.
Sharon was diagnosed with breast cancer several years ago. The kind that is very aggressive. She had a mastectomy and was cancer free for over 10 years.
This year the cancer returned.
Sharon is a fantastic quilter. She makes the most beautiful quilts you’ve ever seen. She has talent beyond measure. She loves her family dearly and she is scared and saddened by her new diagnosis.
I ask that you pray for her. Pray for her and all the other women that we know fight and struggle with this hideous disease.
After you pray, love on them. Show them some kind of kindness that will overwhelm their heart with comfort.
I made this card and goody for a few friends. The inside of the card says “Make sure there’s no lumps in your bumps. Get your breast exam or mammogram this month”
Here is a video on how I created this card and goody bag with chocolates.
Please do me a favor and pin the cards and projects on the blog hop if you get a chance.
Please hop along and visit everyones blog as we attempt to turn Pinterest PINK with our fun cards and projects.

Awesome card & goodies. I really like the sentiment you include inside your card. We can all use a reminder (women & men) to be aware!

Love your card. Prayers for your cousin……my niece was only 35 and pregnant with her third child when they found breast cancer. Throughout the chemo, radiation and a double mastectomy she remained positive. We can only hope a cure is found.
