The Perfect Mix stamp set is not long for the Stampin’ UP! world. It will be retiring at the end of May. BOOHOO.
I think it’s only fair to feature it at least once since I have owned it since January, and I love it.
The moment I got this set I knew I wanted to color all the images and cut them out.
I have so many ideas for what I could do with this set but time is not on my side at the moment.
I created both of these shaker cards as thank you cards for my Auntie and one of my best buds in the world, Laura. They both helped me out in a tough situation and I wanted to thank them.
My Aunt LOVES to bake and she’s so good at it. She makes some of the most phenomenal desserts you would ever put your lips to. (Maybe that’s why I can’t get off these last 10 lbs, seems appropriate to blame someone else for it)
The video I created really shows my creative process. IT IS LONG! I would apologize for that, but I rather enjoyed not feeling like I had to rush through a video. It was nice to chat with you and just walk you through my creative process.
Make sure to leave me a comment. I love getting feedback.

Great job- I love how you explained the coloring which is what I struggle with.
Also love the Traveler Case Bag.

Thank you for demonstrating this type of shaker card. I have the fuse tool and storage pockets and never really knew what to do with them. I’m crazy about shaker cards, and yet hardly ever make them. I think there’s a shaker in my future now.

I love this stamp, mainly for my daughter, who is a fabulous cook. I agree with you about the color of the sequins, the lighter color was more contrast, but great work. Think I may have to order this stamp. Can’t wait for the new catalog!

Wendy,
I’m a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator (and a child of God) too and like you I have very limited time and can relate exactly to how you feel about “fails” and the desire to be able to sit and “play”. Just wanted you to know you’re not the only one! Keep up the good work.
